Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your shop link, pick items and fill in their details. The order then opens in their own WhatsApp, ready to send to you.
Does it cost anything to send orders on WhatsApp?
No. UdarLink uses normal WhatsApp chat links, not a paid WhatsApp API, so there are no per-message fees.
Which platforms does it work with?
Any of them. Put your shop link in your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Telegram bio, posts and DMs, or share it on WhatsApp.
What is included in the Free plan?
1 shop, 5 live products and 20 orders a month, free forever.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Every new account gets Pro free for 14 days, no card needed. Afterwards you move to Free unless you upgrade. Extra shops and products are hidden from customers, not deleted.
How much is Pro, and how do I upgrade?
RM39 a month for unlimited shops, products and orders. Message us to upgrade. Contact sales
Can customers pay online?
Yes, if you add your own Billplz keys in Shop settings. Payments go straight into your Billplz account; UdarLink never holds your money.
How will I know when a new order or payment comes in?
You get an alert in your dashboard and by email. You can mute the routine emails per shop.
Can I export my orders?
Yes. Download your orders as an Excel file from the dashboard.
